The mission of Sky House Herb School is to inspire and empower individuals to care for themselves and the planet through their knowledge and experience of plant medicines.

We offer herbal apprenticeships, consultations, yoga, and gatherings for curious & conscious wellness seekers.

Based in the lush forests and hillsides of Minnesota, we’re proud to work with clients from around the world through a mixture of digital apprenticeships and herbal consultations, as well as in-person events, classes, and retreats.

I’m Ashley Elenbaas

An herbalist, teacher, yoga practitioner, wife, mother, and founder of Sky House Herb School & Apothecary. Most days you’ll find me tending to my garden, arranging flowers in the kitchen, creating online content, and humming Joni Mitchell among the herbs … always with a cup of tea in hand. 

Since I was a child, I’ve been enamored with the beauty and intelligence of the natural world: the supple texture of mosses, vibrant hues of petals, and intricate patterns pulsing through leaves. 

As an adult, there’s nothing I love more than sharing this magic and wonder with people, like you!
