Comparing Yarrow and Plantain for Wounds

Plantain and Yarrow are wonderful first-aid herbs and great to know in a pinch. However, while these herbs help with wounds, their actions are quite different. In this video, we will look at the similarities shared by Yarrow and Plantain and the specific instances where each herb can be best applied. For example, Plantain is an excellent choice for drawing out venom from stings and bites, and Yarrow is best suited for deep cuts that are bleeding.
