Spring Equinox Gathering
Join us for an enchanting evening of ritual and reflection as we celebrate the Spring Equinox. Our gathering will take place at the Grapevine Collective in Minneapolis.
The evening will begin with gentle stretching and movement (no yoga clothing or mat required)! Following this, we’ll enter a period of quiet reflection, allowing everyone to contemplate the transition to Spring, setting meaningful intentions in the joyful Equinox atmosphere.
After our reflective time, we’ll open the floor for sharing and connection, accompanied by delightful snacks and tea.

HERBAL WORKSHOP
Using Garden Herbs to Make Your Own Medicine
Join clinical herbalist and passionate gardener Ashley Elenbaas, M.Sc., RH(AHG), for a hands-on workshop exploring the power of homegrown herbs. With over 20 years of experience working with plants and people, Ashley will introduce you to five common garden herbs and demonstrate how to transform them into potent medicines.
Learn step-by-step how to make herbal vinegars, tinctures, and teas to support wellness for a variety of health concerns. Whether you're new to herbal medicine or looking to refine your skills, this interactive session will give you the confidence to craft your own herbal remedies at home.
Handouts will be provided, and herbs will be available for purchase.
